Wild Africa is an extraordinary journey through some of God’s most spectacular creation — a tour filled with adventure, wildlife, Christian fellowship and opportunities to serve.

We begin in South Africa’s magnificent Kruger National Park, heading out on game drives in search of Africa’s remarkable wildlife and taking time to appreciate the wonder and diversity of God’s creation.

From the bush we travel to beautiful Cape Town, where our time will be about more than sightseeing. Alongside exploring this remarkable city, we’ll spend time with a local Christian mission, getting involved in practical volunteering and community work and learning from those faithfully serving their communities.

Then it’s time for adventure! We board our overland adventure truck and journey north along the wild west coast of South Africa and into Namibia. We’ll stand before the vastness of Fish River Canyon, walk amongst Namibia’s incredible red sand dunes, encounter wildlife, share wonderful food and enjoy the fun and fellowship that comes from travelling together.

Throughout our journey, we’ll make space to pause, reflect and encounter God — in the people we meet, in the communities we serve and in the breathtaking landscapes around us.

Our journey concludes in Windhoek, with the option to continue to the magnificent Victoria Falls.

Important Change to Selah’s Credit Card Payment Policy

We are wanting to let you know about an important change to the way Selah will accept payments from 1 October 2026. From this date, changes to Australian card payment rules mean businesses will no longer be able to pass on credit and debit card merchant fees as a separate surcharge. While this may sound like a positive change for consumers, businesses will still incur costs when accepting card payments. For a small, specialised travel business like Selah, where individual transactions can be many thousands of dollars, absorbing these costs on every payment is simply not commercially sustainable. After considerable research and careful thought, we have therefore made the difficult decision to introduce a new payment policy from 1 October 2026. What is changing? Credit card payments will be limited to a maximum of AUD $1,000 per booking. For most of our international tours, this means you may continue to pay your $1,000 deposit by Visa or Mastercard when securing your place. All subsequent payments, including progress payments and final balances, will need to be made by direct bank transfer.
